Introduction
Hello and welcome to my guide.
I hope I can help you to find all those oddities that Una Armina requests for her Museum of Oddities.
So, let's get started. First of all, you have to find her in New-Sheoth. She will be in her museum in Crucible, the Dementia part of the town, as seen in the picture below.

Just talk to her to get the quest started. But then you will be totally on your own while trying to find the items. In total, there are 12 different items, and if you managed to find one, you will get a notice in your quest log. There is no certain order in which the oddities have to be delivered.

Now, let's take a closer look a the specific items.

Blind Watcher's Eye
The Blind Watcher's Eye is a special form of the Watcher's Eye, which can be harvested from the plants with the same name (picture below).

Not to be confused with the similar looking plants called Screaming Maw.

Knotty Bramble

There are certain locations where you cand find the Blind Watcher's Eyes. The first location is the Knotty Bramble.

Enter the Knotty Bramble, then proceed to Knotty Bramble, Hatchery, where you can enter Knotty Bramble, Lost Crypt. Just follow the path until you reach a room with many grummites and plants in it.

The biggest of the three plants contains the Blind Watcher's Eye.

Knotbone Chamber

Knotbone Chamber is the location of the second Blind Watcher's Eye. It's located in the west of Mania.

Walk through the cave until you reach the room before the door to Knotbone Cavities. Look at the pictures for the more detailed position.

The second Blind Watcher's Eye is a bit hidden beneath a "doorway".

Milchar

The third Blind Watcher's Eye can be found in Milchar. It's easy to obtain and Milchar is also part of some quests.

Milchar has four entrances in total, so it can be difficult finding the right one, namely Milchar, Nexus. The easiest way is this: fast travel to Milchar. The correct entrance should be the nearest.

The Blind Watcher's Eye is left to the door to the Grove of Reflection, between some Flame Stalks. Be careful, there are some Screaming Maws, so don't harvest the wrong plant.

So, that's it for the Eyes. Una Armina will reward you with 200 gold septims for a Blind Watcher's Eye.
Dagger of Friendship
The Dagger of Friendship is a quite unique weapon. If you strike a person or monster with it, the dagger heals the person or monster. Normally, it deals 10 damage and has the effect to heal 10 HP, so it's pretty useless and exactly that what Una Armina needs for her museum.

The dagger itself looks like any other grummite dagger.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. Una Armina will reward you with 300 gold septims for it.
Deformed Swamp Tentacle
Deformed Swamp Tentactles are special forms of the normal Swamp Tentacles, which can be harvested from the plants with the same name, as seen in the picture below. Note that this picture shows normal Swamp Tentacles and not the position of any Deformed ones. The plants from which you can harvest the Deformed Swamp Tentacles are also called "Deformed Swamp Tentacles", so you can recognize them easier.

They mostly grow on rocks in Dementia. In total, there should be 5 Deformed Swamp Tentacles.

Outside the Fringe

The first Deformed Swamp Tentacle can be found outside the Fringe's Wall, at the coastline of the Emean sea.

The Deformed Swamp Tentacle is directly underneath the crosshair.

Southeast of Pinnacle Rock

The Second Deformed Swamp Tentacle is located southeast of Pinnacle Rock.

This one is visible from the road.

Lost Time Camp

You can find the third Deformed Swamp Tentacle near the Lost Time Camp.

It's near the main road, so you can find it easily.

South of Dementia's Gate

When you enter the Gates of Madness through the Door to Dementia, follow the road until you can walk south. Stick to the outside of the Fringe's Wall, then you'll reach a rock. There are two Deformed Swamp Tentacles, hanging very high, so it's difficult to get them.

Nice sky.

That's it for the Deformed Swamp Tentacles. You will receive 180 gold septims for a Deformed Swamp Tentacle from Una Armina.
Din's Ashes
The Ashes of Din can be found in Ebrocca.

Just enter Ebrocca, Descenia. Follow the way as seen in the picture below.

You'll see some leather shields, and under them is a hidden button.

Push the button and a door will open to your left. Enter it, then turn right and you'll see a shelf with a "Gilded Urn". This urn contains Din's Ashes.

Una Armina rewards you with 200 Gold for Din's Ashes.
Hound's Tooth Key
The Hound's Tooth Key acts like a key but looks like a normal Hound's Tooth and doesn't unlock anything.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. Una Armina will reward you with 200 gold septims for it.
Mixing Bowl
The Mixing Bowl looks like an ordinary bowl and can be uses for alchemy, with stats like an apprentice mortar and pestle.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. Una Armina will reward you with 250 gold septims for it.
Mute Screaming Maw
The Mute Screaming Maw is a special form of the plant called Screaming Maw. There are three locations of the Mute Screaming Maws.

Corpserot Prison

I think this is the prison in which you'll get thrown if you conmitted crimes in Dementia. Of course you can enter the prison normally.

Follow the route as marked in the picture below, then you'll find the Mute Screming Maw at the player location.

The special plants are also called "Mute Screaming Maw", so you can recognize them easier.

Cann

The second Mute Screaming Maw is located in Cann.

Enter Cann, The Great Hall, then keep holding left, until you reach Cann, Halls of Tranquility. Move further to Cann, Arena, which is not very difficult. Once arrived in Cann, Arena, stick to the right by following the route in the picture below.

The Mute Screaming Maw is almost hidden behind the other Screaming Maws.

Dunroot Burrow

You can find the third Mute Screaming Maw in Dunroot Burrow, where you also have to find the Chalice of Reversal for Thadon.

Enter Dunroot Burrow, move to Dunroot Burrow, Kelp Fen, and further to Dunroot Burrow, Drone Tunnels. Then find your way to Dunroot Burrow, Bramble Hall. Finally there, just stick to the right.

And there's the third Mute Screaming Maw.

Una Armina will pay you 200 gold for a Mute Screaming Maw.
Pelvis of Pelagius
The Pelvis of Pelagius can be found in The Howling Halls. If I remember right, you can't reach this before you have activated the quest "Symbols of Office" from the main story of the Shivering Isles.

In the Howling Halls, you can find the Khajiit Ra'Kheran, who gives you another quest. I recommend to accept, because this is making it much easier to either complete "Symbols of Office" or retrieve the Pelvis of Pelagius.

First, enter The Howling Halls, Narthex, proceed to The Howling Halls, Congregation Chambers.

The Pelivs of Pelagius is at the player's location, locked in a glass display case.
Ring of Disrobing
The Ring of Disrobing is a special ring that removes all of your stuff you are currently wearing, including your armor, other rings and necklaces.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. It seems that due to a mistake in the game, Una Armina won't pay you anything for the ring.
Sheogorath-Shaped Amber
The Sheogorath-Shaped Amber is a special amber that looks like Sheogorath (or should look like him).

Actually it seems to look very similar to any normal amber.

It can be found randomly in Amber Limbs or Amber Stumps, with a spawn chance of ~1%. Una Armina will pay you 300 gold septims for it.
Soul Tomato
The Soul Tomato is a tomato that works like a grand soul gem.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. Una Armina will reward you with 350 gold septims for it.
Two-Headed Septim
The Two-Headed Septim is a coin with heads on both sides.

It can be found randomly in loot containers, with a spawn chance of ~2%. Una Armina will reward you with 150 gold septims for it.
Completion
Once you have found all oddities, you will get a notification in your journal. Now, you can ask Una Armina for a museum tour and enjoy all the things that you found.

I hope this guide helped you to find the requested oddities.

If you found any issues, mistakes, or have other concerns, or if you want any other guide about a quest, location or whatever, just write a comment.

Thank you for the pix. Very helpful. Random items are more likely in some places than others. Ebrocca coffins, look around inside the shops, and some are only in caves I hear.
