Community Made Challenges: SID MEIER'S CIVILIZATION V
By Jakaryy
I am making a series of guides for custom challenges that are created by the Community and I for you all. The purpose of this guide is to simply provide some extra objectives and challenges for you guys to accomplish and add some more fun to the game.

Note that these are not actual achievements in the game and you will not get a pop-up message saying you've completed these. Let me repeat that...

Please feel free to comment down below with your own ideas for custom challenges, and I hope you enjoy checking these all out! Thanks!
Community Made Challenges
Can you achieve all these challenges to stand the test of time? Close to the real quote right? No?! Come on!

????? = Needs a name, suggest down below please!

1. Restless
-Don't settle your first city until Turn 5 (You'd be shocked how much of a disadvantage you are at)

2. Hundred Years' War
-Be involved in a war for exactly 116 Turns

3. Are You Not Entertained?!?
-Have a single unit survive 20 battles

4. Burn It to the Ground!
-Raze 15 cities in one playthrough

5. Everything's Right Where It Should Be
-Win a Time victory in which all cities belong to their original owners. Don't worry about Razed cities, but you better get liberating!

6. Anarchist From Another Mother
-Win a Domination victory by only capturing capitals and never founding a second city

7. Pure Pacifist
-Win a game on Deity while never getting involved in a war

8. What a Wonderful World
-As Spain, force your first city to be found next to a Natural wonder

9. No City Challenge
(By: tooditoo @ imgur)
-As Germany, win a Domination victory WITHOUT settling a single city. Turn on Complete kills, all captured cities must be puppeted if they're not razeable, you cannot friend city-states, and you can gain units by capturing Barbarian encampments

10. It's My Specialty
-Have one of every specialist in your capital (6 types total) without it starving or being stagnated

11. Diversity
-Have 4 different special Civilization specific units in your army over one playthrough (Militaristic city-states are your best friend for this)

12. Your Mother Was a Hamster!
-As England, kill a French Knight with one of your Knights on a Chateau tile

13. Kingsman
-Have one spy rig a city-state election, kill an enemy spy, steal a technology and become a Diplomat in another player's capital for the United Nations in one playthrough

14. The Black Market
-Have all 5 Luxury Resources only available from Mercantile city-states

15. Stalingrad
-Capture the same city 3 times in one playthrough

16. The Final Blow
-Win a Domination victory where every city can only be hit once by a land unit (Use naval and air units only to attack cities basically)

17. Assimilated Army
-Win a Domination victory without ever producing a single military unit. The only way you can receive units are from city-states and capturing them from other civilizations if you have a bonus for it, Great Generals and Admirals are allowed

18. Mercenary Army
(By: Sebbatt @ Comments)
-Win a Domination victory where you can only purchase military units and never produce them. No help from Militaristic city-states and Great Generals and Admirals are allowed

19. Baby Boom!
-Once you settle your capital, you must produce nothing but settlers from it and they must settle a city or at least die trying

20. On the Revenge Path

It's pretty similar so I won't add it in since that would be pretty much the same as #27, but I always appreciate the ideas and even some variations

I was looking at this list and was looking at achievement #27. I have an idea for you. I don't know if it fine adding my achievement in since it kinda steals the sway from number 27, so idk, but heres my idea anyways

"It Only Takes Two..."

As America, Bomb Japan's cities "Hiroshima" and "Nagasaki" with Atomic Bombs
Jakaryy  [author] Dec 20, 2017 @ 7:59am

Rymarre Dec 19, 2017 @ 3:52pm

Jakaryy  [author] Dec 17, 2017 @ 8:57am
Give the AI a taste of their own medicine, wonder if they would get just as annoyed. Adding in!

Hows this for a challenge idea

""Would you be interested in a trade agreement with England?"

As the name applies, as England, you need to have at least 1 trade agreement with every civ in the game going on at once. (Must have at least 6+ Civs in the game)
