You can now build a society of all the way you want.

If you Like it, like it. ;)

Not compatible with other mods that mess with Governments.

The random Empire genrerator ingame uses this aswell, you will see all sorts of AI Empires.
The behavior is linked with Ethics, so nothing gets broken.
