@Federex: The wast majority of your memory usage comes from assets you are subscribed to (and the ones that come with the game + DLCs). Mods usually don't add much to that. While using the mod to place props memory usage might be a little higher than when not using the mod (I haven't looked at it), but it wouldn't be much and just temporary. The mod just places the props and trees you're subscribed to. They aren't dublicated or take up double the memory because of the mod, so no need to worry. The impact of this mod is minimal if even noticeable. If you're having memory issues, reduce custom content. :)
