[L4D2] Cheeseburger Apocalypse

Description

Replaces the boomer with donuts and sausage links, plus a pink version for the boomette. I also changed the vomit color to purple and added first-person arms.

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 boomer.
