Separate Human Phenotypes

Description
Updated for 3.4.*

A UI mod that allows for scrolling on the Appearance selected screen is required in order to see all the added phenotypes.

This is a small and simple mod which creates 4 new "species" to choose from when creating a custom empire, all of them being human yet using different ingame phenotypes. This mod does not overwrite the original human phenotype so you do not have to worry about losing it or being unable to be used concurrently with all of the other portraits.

Incompatibilities: Portrait mods seem to override one another, so any mod that adds portraits to the humanoid section will most likely be incompatible. However, this can be solved by manually merging each mod's species_classes file into one.

The portraits used by each species are:

European
human_male_04
human_female_04

Asian
human_male_02
human_female_02

African
human_male_05
human_female_05

Middle Eastern
human_male_03
human_female_03

Latino
human_male_01
human_female_02

I highly recommend using other name list mods with this mod, but this mod does come with some name lists of its own.
The name lists for each new species are:

European
Original: English-Speaking, German-Speaking, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian
New: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Greek, Polish, Portuguese, Czech

Asian
Original: Chinese, Japanese
New: Korean, Mongolian

Middle Eastern
Original: Arabic, Indian
New: Iranian, Turkish

African
Original: African (I am unsure which langauge is used for this name list sorry)

Achievement compatible I assume?

So if I'm understanding this right, I can make each race their own species, and can have Africans come from Tropical worlds, Asians from continental, and Caucasians from Alpine worlds and make this into a sci-fi fantasy rp where I can unite them and fight the fallen empires who are actually aliens?

Wish it was compatible with remastered human portraits

Hello, is this Ironman (Achievements) compatible?

This does not work for me. Perhaps given that it works for some but not all, there is some sort of 3rd party manual download that is free of Paradox's Stellaris Steam Workshop's ridiculous limitations? Perhaps moddb or elsewhere so we can force the files to get swapped out ourselves directly?

glad this is back. Tired of it getting taken down

@The Warg I can't speak for everyone, but the mod works fine for me. Do you plan to also add the legacy human portraits now that they have been re-added to the game?

So there seems to be some kind of issue that simply prevents the added species from appearing in the game and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. The files on the workshop and the files on my desktop are exactly the same, yet only the files on my desktop seem to work when loaded as a mod. It's been a very long time since I've been a modder for Paradox games so if anyone has any suggestions I will happily take them.
