UI Overhaul 1080p

Overhauls the UI to scale for 1080p resolution. Expands most windows to minimize the amount of scrolling needed while showing as much information as possible.

@Dr. Maple - I've talked with ButtJunkie about addressing some scroll bar issues from the vanilla game when mods are applied, 1080p included. These scroll bars don't appear in vanilla, so Paradox didn't "care" where the scroll bars for them ended up, so when mods are applied (that then make the scroll bar required) they appear in odd places, all not accessable.

I'm not sure if you've heard this before, or if you've ever tried to fix it, but if you (and ButtJunkie if need be) can address this, I would appriciate it:

The main 3 I've noticed are for the Civics, Ethics, & Flag symbols, as you can note in this image collection:

Since you edit gui files, I figured you could address these issues in your mod. Thanks.

when looking at a ships details from fleet window. In the Armaments field their is an overlap with the components from Mods such as Ships Power Stations. Not sure if there is anything I can do. Is there an in game settings resolution I should be using besides 1.0x?
