I may enter Shufflet into your competition. Sounds like a great time for sure!
We are running the Game Development World Championship and would like to see you participate. It's good for your visibility and won't cost you a penny.
You can check it out at www.thegdwc.com .
TrueTalon01, Your encouraging words are great, thank you!
1. I'm currently working on an option to allow user defined "skins". I realize that people have different taste so why not let them share and use what they like.
2. Players are encouraged to carefully move the pieces around for the biggest score (it is exponentially larger with more groups per clear). It becomes a balance of clearing the board to get the time extension and getting the biggest score possible. The time extension has been tested so that the game can't continue indefinitely but varies in length between a skilled player and a less skilled player.
I also don't see a long time appeal to it.
Side note: Having the removal on your own time means you can just shuffle the entire board to your liking if you have the patience. Which defeats the purpose of the game IMO.
NumbatNinja , thank you! I hope people enjoy it.
