Movement Orders First

This mod changes the priority order for events so that 'An army requires your orders' events appear before 'Select a skill to research' and 'Select production for xxx' events.

I have changed 'Hero Join' events so that they still have priority over movement orders.

Units that have a path set out for them now take priority over units that are camping.

Hi all! Following BelovedMonster's post, I'd like to encourage everyone with an opinion on this mod in the ongoing poll (open until 21 June) of the best mods of AoW3: Currently only 17 players rated it, which is a lot less than other mods so it'd be good to have more opinions.

Thanks for all the comments. It has been a while but I am picking up the modtools again and this small mod was missing one thing (as mentioned by Iguana). So, units that have a movement path set out for them now take priority over units that are camping.

One of the best things about this mod is that it prompts you to research things AFTER your armies may have picked up free research points from scrolls or treasure sites.

This prevents you from wasting the free research on some kind of big project that won't be sped up by them, when you could have used them to get a few cheap free spells.

Not as important but also very nice is that you now pick up gold and mana rewards BEFORE deciding what to build.

Oh, and another great thing: You never end up in tactical battles only to discover you just used your last mana to build a temple and now can't cast that crucial Slayer's Doubt spell.

The only feature I'd request is to ALSO have the "continue move" orders happen before researching/building, for much the same reasons.

Either way, great work.

Clearly war first, learning/development eh whenever there is time. Gonna go give this a go.
