VERIFYING GAME INTEGRITY

Open steam and go to your game library.
Find EU4 and right click on it.
Click on Properties and go to the Local Files section.
Select the option Verify integrity of game files.
Wait until the procedure is ready and launch EU4.

RESETTING THE PARADOX LAUNCHER

Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV.
Delete launcher_v2.sqlite.
Go to the mod folder and delete all ugc.mod files.
Verify game integrity(Above).

RESETTING ALL RELATED MOD FILES

Unsubscribe from the IU mod.
Open the launcher, go to playsets and remove the mod from there.
Go to All mods and hit the reload mods button(select clear cache).
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV and delete the mod folder.
Go to C:/Program Files x86/Steam/Steamapps/workshop/content and delete the folder called 236850.
Subscribe to the mod again and wait for it to download.
Open the launcher and add it to the playset and then hit play.

UNINSTALLING THE PARADOX LAUNCHER

Unsubscribe from the IU mod.
Open the launcher, go to playsets and remove the mod from there.
Go to All mods and hit the reload mods button(select clear cache).
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive and delete the Europa Universalis IV folder (WARNING: this will delete all your local save files and settings!!!).
Go to C:/Program Files x86/Steam/Steamapps/workshop/content and delete the folder called 236850.
Go to your windows search and type in Programs. If you are on windows 10/11 a window called Add or remove programs should appear, click on it.If you are not on Windows then go to your Control panel and then Uninstall programs.
Find the program called Paradox Launcher v2 and uninstall it.
Go to the Windows search and type %appdata% and click enter.
In the roaming folder try to find folders with the names Paradox Interactive and Paradox Launcher v2 or something similar.
If you have any of those folders DELETE them.
In your windows explorer Select the Appdata folder(you were in the roaming folder until now).
Go to the Local folder and locate the Paradox Interactive folder there and DELETE it.
Launch the game, it should be installing the paradox launcher again. When it's ready close the launcher.
Subscribe to the mod again and wait for it to download.
Open the launcher and add it to the playset and then hit play.

UNINSTALLING EVERYTHING + THE GAME

Follow the steps from Uninstalling the Paradox Launcher without step 9, 10 and 11.
Locate EU4 in the steam library.
Right click on it and select uninstall.
Download the game again.
Subscribe to the mod again and wait for it to download.
Open the launcher and add it to the playset and then hit play.

We hit a tag limit, we are not adding tiny states anymore because of performance issues, wait for EU5 version.

this needs to be updated, I wish to play as Thurii a historical city state. You guys don't have within the year 443 BC which should be there as that is an historical city state that was it's own nation. you guys are missing a whole lot of city states.

It works on latest version, but I recommend to play not outdated dev version, this one is temporarily on hold.

Amazing Mod! I haven't played EU4 in a while, and this really got me back into it. The only "problem" Im having with it so far is playing as the Romans, when my Socii rebel I get the message saying I can do any peace and they will return being my Socii, but no matter what peace I do they get their independence unless I specifically select make them my Sociii option. Nothing huge just kinda putting it out there. Again my favorite mod for EU4 for sure!
