Enable/Disable Any AWC Perk

Description
Configurable in XComSetAWCEligibility.ini, see commented out examples.

Use this power wisely. I am not responsible for your grenadier getting blademaster.

This mod is fine to disable whenever, however soldiers who rolled (not unlocked) their AWC perks while it was active will still be affected. Perks are selected when the AWC is built or when the soldier joins XCOM, whichever comes second.

It will work with custom abilities, check XComClassData.ini in the relevant mod for the ability name.

For the record, this mod IS compatible with WOTC despite the Launcher warning. My own version simply uses a different hook which Firaxis introduced after this mod was created (I think).

Found the link from Maledictus. No worries.

Can you produce this mod so it is WOTC compatible please?
Malidictus Oct 8, 2017 @ 12:00pm
Well, I went ahead and made my own version of this mod using onPostTemplatesCreated(). Since I did use your mod to learn the system governing AWC eligibility, I figure it's fair that I let you know.

For me, both enabling and disabling skills works. I wonder if it would be easier to do this via the PostTemplatesCreated() function instead of relying on a screen listener, though. thegrimsqueaker72, would you mind me taking a stab at doing the same thing through the "new" hook?
Kaerius Sep 7, 2017 @ 4:31pm
Well, in my case enabling is broken, but disabling works. So half the mod works.

Do we know if this mod still works? I had a look through the code and I don't see anything which would have been affected by War of the Chosen.

I managed to pull Aim on one of my guys on a new play through.
Why?

You can add any AWC perk and remove all of them at once via console commands with this mod: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=693790751

@techstepman:
According to thegrimsqueaker72's list up there it's "SharpshooterAim", maybe it's case sensitive?
