Description
Manage how Chirper works

This is my first official mod for Cities Skylines :-D

I know there are several mods like this but I had to start somewhere in order to learn how to mod this game.

The end goal with this mod is to have just one mod where you can control Chirper to behave as you'd like. If you have a specific feature you would like to see please let me know and I'll see if I can do it :)

Features so far
- Show/hide Chirper
- Move Chirper
- Message filter - Only show relevant messages for your city - No more Chirps about watering plants while on vacation

Potential conflicts
This mod does the same as these mods and thus they may conflict or override each others behaviours.
Mods that toggles or removes chirper (there are too many to list here)

Would have been great to be able to filter/block certain messages, or types of messages.

For example, daily stock market spam or complaints about no prison.

There's still a sound when one of the filtered events happen. At least there are Chirper sounds, without anything showing in the box. Doesn't this mod take care of that? It's the sound that's worst, in my opinion, but I need it in case it's a message I want to see, so I can't just turn it off.

Birdcage mod is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.
Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.

Great idea. It worked great with one issue, the complaints can not be traced back to the person at the location of the complaint to see if it can addressed by clicking on their name. If that was the intent, good job it worked. Other wise, try try again.
