Due to neglect, this is a stale mod with a beta look and feel. The same functionality (or intent) with better aesthetic is available: Rotary Airlock by Nukeguard

like its classic slide type look, needs slightly better entry access. Also a thinner veiw slot for a cockpit armoured version.

if the ship the door is on is moving through space the door just keeps pushing you out so you cant use it.

If you walk through the door you can do so with no problem. It is nearly impossible to jetpack through, but the mod still works in gravity. My only problem is the animation sound is way too loud.
