Airlock Block

Actually this is completely airtight door blocks with leafs on both sides what perform functions of airlock chambers. Leafs stay closed at least from one side at any time, so your clumsy friends won't let air leak out of ship :) There is two variants: windowed and armored. Both blocks have a wide passage for easy movement.

Survival ready, have LODs and construction models. For now, only large ship version and only DX11.

Note: HUD sometimes will show you that block is oxygenated, but it's completely airtight and there is no oxygen loss when you use it.

Просто замечательный и полезный мод. Автор молодец! Почет и уважение за такой мод)
Есть только просьба. Прошу сделай эту дверь и на малые корабли. Для тех же челноков очень не хватает...

@eRAH: I've found it quite simple, actually. When you're in the airlock, and looking at the control panel, the "OPEN/CLOSE" buttons seem to refer to the door on your RIGHT. So if the OPEN button is lit, the right hand door is open, and the left hand door is -- of course -- closed.
And vice versa if the CLOSE button is lit, then the left hand door is open, and the right hand door is closed.

When you know on which side you approach the door (on which side the sensor is looking), you should be able to tell whether the door should be open or closed for your engineer to get in.

How is it possible to open this door with a sensor? Its just open the door on the outside.

Я тут попытался сделать нечто подобное но не совсем понимаю как сделать с двух сторон двери, там скрипт какой то надо? Ибо то что описано тут в дата файле не совсем понятно откуда оно. В чем хитрость?

Then again, totally random blocks on my ship aren't pressurized, so it may be related to updates to the vanilla pressurization system.

It seems the issue is more with these doors than vanilla. In my survival game, whenever I enter the door's block, poof, no O2. Even when both sides are fully pressurized. That definitely wasn't the case before, as I distinctly don't remember choking every time I passed through a door on my ship...

DrFraud, that's a vanilla flaw. Don't press against the doors and you won't have problems.
Dr Fraud Dec 15, 2018 @ 12:39pm
Is this a Vanilla flaw or is it simply common to mods of this vintage?
