Description
WOTC Version: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1125117314

Adds icons on the top right for each unit you controlled, these icons will show names, HP (+armor), status effects and action points left on each soldier.

# Configs location is now changed, you no longer change the config through ini in the mod directory, but you change it in your documents/my games/xcom 2/config/XComSoldiersQuickInfo.ini instead (generated after running the game once), or use Mod Options Menu to change it in game. #

KNOWN ISSUES:
- Loading a tactical save will not refresh those icons immediately, however taking an action will update them properly.
- Loading a tactical save/starting operation gatecrasher will result in soldiers icons not displaying their portraits (using XCOM emblem instead), because these soldiers can only have their photos taken in the avenger, not on the field, and those photos are not stored across different sessions, if I did found a workaround to this, I would be able to show aliens portraits as well :). (To fix use robojumper's work around http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=921154022 )
- After changing options the UI will disappear for ~ 5 seconds. This is a XCom bug with adding new UI to a screen after it finishes init.
- In settings, all sliders will appear to be at 0% position, tabbing away and back fixes this. (Can't find the cause)

If config is not working, delete <Steam library folder>\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\642371502\Config\XComSoldiersQuickInfo.ini

Use this config[pastebin.com] if you want a vertical layout on the right side.

@pcwizard7:
You need "Mod Options Menu" not "Mod Config Menu" for this.

This Mod isn't Appearing in the in-Game Mod Menu (Mod Menu Legacy) and can any1 give me a good config to centre them on the top instead of to the right?

thanks

If anyone is looking for a good vertical layout here's what i came up with after a big number of attempts :

MAX_SIZE=700
OFFSET_X=-10
OFFSET_Y=100
ICON_SIZE=70
ICON_PADDING=-10
ORIENT_HORIZONTAL=False
ANCHOR_TOP=True
ANCHOR_RIGHT=True
TEMP_ICONS=False
FONT_SIZE=22
ConfigVersion=3

anyone else seeing "0" ap listed on portraits when obviously there's at least 1 ap? it's happened recently to me so i'll go through the troubleshooting steps and see if it's merely because of reloading a tactical save and i need to be patient.

no, it will use wotc's native poster feature to properly save the photos, so the photos will all be taken from the avenger instead of on the field.

Does that mean robojumper's extension of this mod is being rolled in to it?

awesome to hear you're updating it. One of my favorite mods

a wotc version will be released in a day or 2, with persistent photoshot support
