Bitter
A game about managing a beverage company

You have inherited a small beverage company from your grandfather, Pantalon. Now you are ready to follow in his footsteps, ready to take what your grandfather once started, to the top of the sales charts.

Pantalon's ghost will help you with your journey through his portraits. Pantalon was a witty businessman, but exceptionally greedy, so his advice is to be taken with a grain of salt as he always used to get into trouble for bribery and corruption.

It's time to blend the aroma you have always wanted to taste. Salty cucumber milk soda? Perhaps. Your only obstacles are the diabolical food standards officers and the need to identify in the cold and competitive food industry.

Blend a masterpiece
Chemically mix your own flavors and learn the benefits and trade-offs of all the ingredients as you go. The ingredients are divided into 7 categories: dyes, flavors, sweeteners, emulsifiers, preservatives, miscellaneous ingredients and basic ingredients such as different tiers of water. All the ingredients represent real elements used in real product development.

Design your own packaging
Mould the wildest shapes of bottles and cans that you can imagine and wrap them in your own unique label. The packaging is just as important as its contents. If the product is aestheticized well, it can have a huge impact on the outcome.

Go public
Your beverage company's success goes hand in hand with your success among the panel of censorious beverage tasters and your fame in the fictitious social media platform called Titter. In Titter you can gain followers and broadcast your own thoughts and see what your fans are thinking about your products.

Execute your strategy
You can launch precise, targeted marketing campaigns - strawberry soda for kids, bacon beer for local oldsters. But be careful what your put into your beverages, and how your company is perceived by the public. You can't afford to break the relationship between you and the local food safety regulation agency, and ending up in the middle of an environmental scandal is game over.

Hey, quick question, is this still in development? It's been over a year since anything has been posted, so I can't help but feel this is abandoned...
