How to install Japan Dubs if you aren't in Japan
By 💚SuperMax💚
So you may think that there is no way to install Japanese Language DLC if you are not in Japan, but it's actually possible,
and in this guide i'm gonna show you how to do it step by step
UPDATE: You have to do all of that by using Internet Explorer browser! Others seem to not work with it anymore

Step 1
First let's open up the browser.
(Presumably Internet Explorer)
Step 2
Then let's type that link - steam://install/425570
lt should look like that:
Step 3
Then this window will show up, just click OK.
Step 4
Now it should be added to your account and appear in your LIS DLC list, so just wait for it to install and then change language in game settings.

And here's a little preview of that voice pack:

It works alright the Japanese Language isn't there before in the list of DLC but after following your instruction on Step 3 I checked my DLC then voila.. it appears with check mark after that I click play it automatically download & integrate the Japanese Language pack into the game. Follow the steps above using Microsoft Edge and while your Steam account is sign in otherwise it won't work . 本当にありがとうございます:LIS_star::swhroyalist:

Long go answer, but i figured that it's now only working through Internet Explorer, so try using it instead of Google Chrome, if you still didn't figure that out yourself!

But... the Japanese dub sounds horrible. The high school characters voices sound like they're in they thirties...

Does this still work somehow? When I do this it just brings me to the Steam Store page.

works! :)

you can also use the Steam.exe (or steam binary on Mac&Linux) in command line (cmd.exe for Windows) and type: Steam.exe steam://rungameid/425570 <ENTER>

That happened to me accidentally on Linux, while I was looking around the game's steamdb-site about all free DLC that could be added. It's cool to see it's much more convenient done your way!
