Third Attempt (5832/796/387). Highly Messy and very fiddly. Runs at a cycle-count of 576 cycles per output. Runs at ~69.4% Efficiency.

Good puzzle. First attempt using my print-welder with a bit of carving came to about 8163/531/225.
