Neirai's Wonder Randomizer

Description
There are many fantastic Wonders available for download from Steam. But once you download them, you will have more Wonders to build than bog-standard buildings!

This mod seeks to limit the number of Wonders to the number found in a standard game, while presenting you with a random selection to build with.

Features:
- Maintains the number of Wonders per age, to ensure that the Wonder race is still a thing.
- Always get one Wonder for each Social Policy or Ideology.
- Hides the Wonders that can't be built, and shows you what can be built.
- Doesn't randomize Wonders that you get from Events and Decisions.
- Supports Prehistoric Era and Enlightenment Era mods (so if you make a custom Wonder that is available during the Prehistoric Era, it will also get randomized!)

Credits:
- Design, Code: Neirai the Forgiven, LastSword
- Art: TPangolin.
- Uses Sukritact's SaveUtils

TL;DR
The wonders pop up on the tech tree even if their not active during the playthrough.

Have you figured a better way to hide the techs, or at least something providing a visual que for the wonders that are being use for the current playthough?
maybe you could put a blank mask on any wonder not in use?
I know thats not a solution, but as of right now, the only way I can tell which wonders are enabled is to check the civilopedia each time the tech tree pops up.

Ah, yes, in that case i misunderstood the mod. I thought it was supposed to randomize the tech requirements for different wonders.

@Leif von Leonster I feel like you might not understand what this mod does. The idea for this mod is to randomly block wonders from being built when you have more wonders than the game normally allows, so that you have the same number of mods per era that you would have if you did not have additional mods.

If you are not adding additional Wonders to the game, this mod will have no effect.

I do not know if the mod works in multiplayer; since it makes use of random numbers, it may cause a desynch between players.

Also, will this mod work in multiplayer?

So, i tried using this mod, first using a wonder-adding mod, later without any other mods. Both times, all the mod did was prohibit building a few wonders throughout the game, all the other wonders were still in place. I tested around a bit, and after editing the "n" field in the source code to match the amounts of numbers that are actually in the game, wonders stopped being unavailable. However, still no wonders were randomzed. Is there a trick to this, like a menu option i don't see or something?
And if ther is no menu option, would it be a lot of work to put in a checkbox into the game setup screen that enables/disables wonder randomization?

@goldenboy2.0 Great to hear! Thanks for letting me know.

Works great with mac! Thank you so much!

@goldenboy2.0 It does not use a dll -- I'd rather not have to make sure it was compatible with whichever dll is the popular one right now! I haven't tested it with mac at all, however, so good luck.
