Description
WoTC Version adapted by ADVENT Engineer

Vanilla version not tested with DLC / Does not work with WotC

Upgrade the Proving Ground facility and add an additional Engineer to further increase the manufacturing speed. The upgrade costs some supply, and requires a little power and has a small amount of maintenance cost. Changes will apply retroactively, simply visit your Proving Grounds and build the upgrade.

The mod will stick to your savegame, and as such, back your saves up prior to enabling this (or any) mod. You can find your saves at "..\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\SaveData". As a general rule, try to do it for any games that you use mods with.

it's true. Modders like you fixed so many problems with XCOM2, and now some of them are returning. I wish Firaxis paid closer attention!
