High Torpidity Arrows

Mod ID: 610732247

Engram Requirements:
LVL 40
Stone Arrow, Tranq Arrow, Narcotics

Crafting Requirements:
1 Tranq Arrow
10 Narcotics
1 Rare Mushroom
1 Rare Flower

This arrow will inflict about 160 Topor per increment. Will give particle effect and remove a dinosaurs food making taming significantly faster. These arrows will work in the bow, crossbow (for underwater), and compound bow.

Update:
Now server admins can control how much torpidity is done from within GameUserSettings.ini! Add the following Section to your GameUserSettings.ini and adjust to meet your needs! The Default value if nothing is found is 10 ... roughly 1600 torpor.

I am not aware of any issues with this mod. I'm not saying that there's nothing wrong with the mod after some kind of update, but many times in other posts with other mods ... it can come down to if there are any other mods that you have installed that "might" interfer with this one. Also, sometimes it's the load order in which the mod is loaded. My mod doesn't overwrite any core files and just add's an additional arrow type.

In a process of elimination, you can disable all mods and then add only this one and see if it works. Then add 1 more mod at a time until it "breaks".

Am i the only one who cant craft them anymore? it says that i need the normal tranq dart (witch is in mij inventory) but he cant recognise it... other people have this problem also? shame because i really love this mod and the way u can ajust it in the gameusersettings.

I'm using 50 as the multiplier and it's definitely more effective. Thanks for the quick response and reccomendation. And thanks for the mod. The tranq arrows were definitly lacking for high level under water taming.

It can pretty much knock out a lvl 120 Rex with about 2-3 shots. I also have changed the player stats multiplier to 3 so the individual player damage is higher (which also plays a role), and the game playerdamagemultiplier is also set at 5. All of these add up, but I only host a local server to play with my kids and I want it to be playable for just us 3.

As far as compairing to a shock dart, they were added after I created this, so we never use them. It was just easier for us to get to lvl 40 then go for the SuperArrows to start taming.

Oh Dang. I don't want them to be more powerful than a shocking dart. How does a multiplier of 50 compare?

The torpor damage I'm seeing is about 15% more than a regular tranq arrow. I would like them to be at least double. I'm using:

but it doesn't seem to change anything.

SuperArrowsDamageMultiplier=2 actually does? does it increase the torp or actual damage done?
