Gear and Weapons
Weapons

  • Primary
Melee weapon Pickman's Blade
Early game use a switch blade you can find on a table next to the fusion core where you meet Preston Garvy

Be sure to always carry a backup ranged weapon for enemies that are never in melee range such as roof turrets.

Armor

Explained in 3 sections, early mid and late game. Referring to your level not your story progress. She uses armor in case she is compromised that said her armor mostly focuses on making her sneak faster and harder to detect. She does not wear power armor except when forced too.

Your base armor is going to be Road Leathers, though you can select something else if you so choose just be sure that you can attach other armor pieces to it.

  • Early game
Get a full set of leather armor, then when you can customize it to make it all shadowed and the legs muffled once again.

  • Mid game
Change your leather to sturdy leather, and muffled on the legs once again for the rest be sure to use the ultra light modification for the extra vats points and speed.
  • Late game
You're going to want the same set of sturdy armor, but on the legs you want the sleek modification, which makes you sneak faster.
Companions
The assassin prefers to go it alone, alternatively X688 can make a decent companion. Alternatively you can use Deacon.

@look Ma, hes back! The simple answer to this is mods that put on level caps and the like. Also games like this tend to be replayable as you can attempt to do it from different directions, not just one set learn it all approach.

Luck helps with crits which would be important for folks trying to get the one shot kill, as per RL assassin mantra. Which makes it surprising that it appears to be low for such a build.

@n0t0ryczny Overall it depends on the type of player, and who they want their character to be early game. These don’t have to be followed word by word but you can modify them to tastes of yourself.

Builds are irrelevant in Fallout 4 since max level is not capped - you will get every stat point and every perk if you play long enough.

Combat is not nearly as demanding as to justify existence of builds (too easy anyway), and limited conversation system does not justify investing in Charisma.

Economy is nonexistent, with enough clutter gathering you may afford anything.

The only real constraint in early game is setting Strength too low, which hampers scrap gathering.

Tho it should be said that this guide needs an updated version if u want to play with throatslicer (nuka world) imo
