Place props & trees wherever you like

With this mod enabled you can place props & trees:
- under water
- on roads
- within building's footprint

This is useful when placing props with More Beautification mod. I also recommend to use Prop Snapping to snap props to buildings and elevated roads, like in asset editor (as well as its sibling, Tree Snapping).

Useful tip
This mod is also helps to load maps with missing tree or prop assets because it fixes buggy code of Cities: Skylines that causes errors on loading when some required trees or props are missing.

Use Shift+P (or Alt +P, or Ctrl+P - you can change that in options) key combination to toggle anarchy. This mod provides an options entry (see screenshot).

Please note that if anarchy is set to always on bulldoze trees before zoning areas that have trees if you don't wont them to grow through growables. Follow this guide by @sweetmanp[] to massively erase trees with Extra Landscaping Tools mod

If you need to use tree brush on steep slopes use my No Tree Brush Slope Limit mod.

Props Anarchy can be safely disabled at any time. But most props and tree you placed with this mod will become hidden eventually without this mod enabled.

If you need road or building anarchy (that includes so-called 'concrete brushes' a.k.a. fillers), use Sharp Junction Angles mod.

UPDATE 8 (10/20/2017)
Added: Korean translation (thanks to ToothlessFLY).

This mod uses awesome detours C# library[] by cope. Without it, this mod would've been impossible to make.

No props render on roads. They are there but they only render once I remove the road. And it is not because of height, even high props stop rendering.

I just wanted to take a moment to personally say “Thank You!” for your time, effort and hard work to provide this mod. It enhances my gaming experience, and I do so appreciate you for providing this to all of us.

Buildings are being built on top of each other! 100's of them. Seems only to be effecting the Comm/office/Industry.
I bulldozed 23 buildings on the same industry zoned 6x6.
People are suggesting its this MOD causing it.

I'm having a lot of problems with this mod too, after the latest industry update (but it could be another anarchy mod that conflicts with this). Please, someone could investigate in it, it's pretty unusable at the moment.

Prop anarchy off. Trees spawn everywhere. Unsub, no trees spawning everywhere. Circumstatial, yes. But pretty sure that was what was causing it. Now, it may be because of an incompatibility with Road Anarchy, but I don't want to spend an hour every time I start C:S getting rid of trees that shouldn't be there.

The mod doesn't "spawn trees". When you place roads with total anarchy, the game won't realize "oh there's a road!" and let trees grow there, thinking no street exists.

I had to unsub from it too. It was spawning trees everywhere. The only way to stop it was to remove all the trees from the map.
