After 4 years of hard work it is finally time to release this little monster out into the Wilds of the Internet! Please vote for this game. It would make one of my childhood dreams come true.

About the Gameplay

The precious <HEARTS> need rescuing! It’s up to you to build them a fortress strong enough to last through the terrifying, Alien-Monster filled nights. Drop blocks to build Robots that shoot lasers, illuminate the dark -- or even make more Blocks to build other Robots! So many possible combinations of Robots that every player's stronghold will be unique. And you're going to need all the base-building skills you've got because the Wild only gets tougher. Every. Single. Night.

About the Story

An asteroid crash obliterated our Mothership, the only home we have ever known. The tragic impact scattered our precious cargo, <HEARTS>, far and wide across the galaxy. Into the Wild. It's now up to us to rescue them. We need to complete the Main Objective.

About Heatbox Games

Heatbox Games was founded by Minneapolis beatboxer and game developer Aaron “Heatbox” Heaton in 2016. He has been developing Robots in the Wild by himself for the last four years -- usually in-between gigs on planes, vans, bullet trains, and in hotel rooms. Sticking to his roots, Heatbox made all of the SFX with his mouth! Robots in the Wild is his first commercial game.

It reminds me of an upgraded version of those online browser games revolving around tower defense, with a bit of tetris thrown in. It actually looks really fun. Good luck.
