This mod adds a development path for XCOM soldiers in the Guerrilla Training School, allowing them to train special perks that benefit the entire squad. But only one leader at a time can go on a mission, so be careful whom you select for the training!

Notes: A soldier must be sergeant rank or greater to train as a leader. Each additional rank above sergeant in their primary classes enables them to train one additional leader level. Each leader level must be trained in the Guerilla Tactics School.

Soldiers entering leader training will have their primary weapon unequipped so others may use it. This mod also clears the current squad to enforce the one-leader-per-mission mechanism; it adds an autofill button that will autoselect your top soldiers in a new squad.

NOTE: IF after an update you are getting issues, you should exit the game and REGENERATE YOUR INI files by deleting all files in \Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config. These will be recreated on your next game start. (Additional tip: You can preserve your options settings by NOT deleting XComEngine.ini in this directory.)
