Developer Console (How to to spawn items)
Before you begin to spawn any Power Armor related items, you need to know how to spawn them in the first place.
On your keyboard, there is a key that will open the developer console and it looks like this:

Almost any modification or change can be performed using the console and rarely might have to be.

How to open the console and use it:

To open the console you'll have to press this key.
Once you've opened the console, you're free to use any commands such as the command disable. You can use this command by clicking on an object while in the console to remove anything in the environment nearby. Or the command help (insert item name here) 4 to help you to find the ID of an item or object such as helping you find a weapon you want.

The commands we are focusing on for adding power armor items are player.additem (insert ID here), player.placeatme (insert ID here), and rotate x (insert value here) [/strike] with these commands you will be ready to spawn an object close to you or in your Pip-Boy's inventory. Use these commands and the following item IDs to spawn parts of power armor, a full set of power armor and some other related items.
Armor Parts
If you come across an empty power armor frame and don't have any power armor parts. Or have an existing set of armor that doesn't have the rest of its parts. Don't worry this part of the guide will show you the IDs of many power armor parts. So you can equip them into your power armor frame with parts of the most advanced, exquisitely engineered and state of the art armor of the pre-war United States!

You can copy the lines of the IDs and paste them into the console once you've opened it already.

Power Armor Frame (and console spawn glitch fix)

If you happen to already have some power armor parts and need a frame to place them in
Paste this command into your console:

player.placeatme 225A5F

This will spawn a blank frame but the position of it will be slightly tilted, not allowing you to get inside it
So in order to help you get in it
Your going to need another command to fix this
While still in your console, click on the power armor frame and enter this command in:

rotate x -1100

But you can experiment with the values for positioning it to get it perfect to the ground
But pasting the command above will work just fine

There's also two other power armor frames you can spawn:
player.placeatme 22B5E5 (this one uses a X-01 suit of armor as a place holder but you can still put pieces of armor in it and it will look like a bare armor frame if you happen to remove any pieces after putting any on, also this armor frame seems to be stable enough to not need the rotate command)
player.placeatme 249849 (Same thing as the armor frame above this one but uses Brotherhood of Steel T-60 armor as a placeholder, you might need to use the rotate command for this one though)

Hello everyone, I found a much simpler way to fix the rotation of a recently spawned frame, just spawn it while standing next to a Repair station *the yellow ones" then hover over the repair estation and select craft the frame will be forced into correct position by the station no need to change the axis rotation, @Author Herba, thank you so much for the part codes you rock, might want to add my little trick to the guide =)

@norna.blu, if you open the console with "~", then select the power armor frame by clicking on it. Then, type "disable" and press enter. You can use this on quite a few things, like distorted or glitching bodies, etc.

@norna.blu it doesn't delete your already spawned in frame, but jumping in the air before spawning it helps (it doesn't matter if its tilted when its floating)

Anyone know how to get rid of a power armour frame? It spawned in slanted, and refuses the code to go upright correctly.
