1. Installation
Hello, if you clicked on this guide, that means you are interested on increasing your fps and having a better experience in the realms of fallout 4.... Now the first thing you have to do is install a single mod, and that mod is called "Fallout 4 configuration tool - By Bilago" (Mod Link) ->http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/102/

Once you get on the page click on the tab marked (download manual)

Then you want to press the small hyperlink button labeled (download manually)

Once the file finishes downloading, open it with any file archiever (WinRar, 7zip,etc..)

Then success! You've successfully installed the Fallout 4 configuration tool
2. Configuration
You have successfully installed the Fallout 4 configuration tool and you are ready to configure your game and increase the fps!

1, First you start off by ticking (V-sync Lock) if it isnt already ticked

2. Then you want to move and edit the resolution to your liking (I run off a 1360 by 768 monitor, so I put [1360x768] in the box)

Make sure you tick the box labeled (borderless) if its not already ticked.

3. After that you want to go to the tab labeled (performance)

4.Look at the Box labeled iNumHWThreads

And enter the amount of cores it tells you (it tells me i have 4 so i entered 4)

5. After you do that, press SAVE and success
3. Conclusion
Great job vault hunter! You have now simulated fullscreen mode and now the game is going to experience less frame drops and more frames per second! Thank you for taking your time and reading through my guide and hopefully i made a difference in your game!
