These are the places i got encounters more easily in genocide route.

Places

Ruins:

You haves to kill 21 monsters. This place is next to the room Toriel leaves you.
Snowdin:

You have to kill 16 monsters. This place is next to the room you first met Papyrus.
Waterfall:

You have to kill 18 monsters.
Hotland/Core:

You have to kill 40 monsters. This place is close to Core's final door.

Hotland and Core share the same enemy counter, so it's better to get all the 40 kills in this bridge.

there is a way better place in ruins its when you go into the room with the three gray rocks you get double encounters there
