Description
Halloween Civ
The Halloween Civ. Spooky, Scary stuff. Led by the Headless Horseman

Many military units are replaced with spooky versions such as skeletons and spiders. These units require no resources and cause nearby units to get a 10% combat penalty. Each city you found or capture sprouts pumpkin patches (provided there is appropriate terrain).

I usually fire this mod up every year around Halloween to get me in the spirit (pun intended), but this year it's really buggy. Pumpkin patches not always spawning is one issue. Another is when they do spawn and are upgraded to pumpkin shrines the visual is messed up. They have a red and white checker pattern on them. The only other mod I use is Advanced Setup but I've tried running without it and it's still buggy.
