Walkthrough

1. Download this file[github.com]
2. Open the file using WinRAR[www.win-rar.com]
3. Extract the contents of the file to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto 2".
4. Launch GTA2 through the executable or Steam shortcut.
5. Enjoy!

lol I just use dgvoodoo2...does MUCH better job...as not only does it allow for higher resolutions for the game but actually fixes sum issues as well.
