Escape prison V2 - Well staffed - Harder to get weapons - Please rate!

Description
All of the areas that are easy to exploit for weapons and damage have been set to staff only. There are a lot of guards and a lot of armed guards, but it's not excessive. I set the staff numbers high to avoid exploiting an under staffed prison. This is a happy prison that will be tougher to riot even with instigation. Good luck!
