[1.18] Province Rework [v0.8.9]

Description
Updated to 1.18 Rights of Man!

Currently Working on:

- Adding a few new nations and nation tags that should be in the game or aren't utilized(maybe a few new native american and siberian tribes, also more releasable tags all around)

Currently the mod adds some +100 new provinces, mainly in:
~ Europe(Iberian Peninsula, France, Brittany, Greece, Baltics and Balkans)
~ British Isles(Enland, Scotland, Wales)
~ Western Siberia/Russia(Novgorod, Muscovy, Tver, Pskov and more colonisable provinces)
~ Scandinavia(Denmark, Norvay, Iceland, Sweden/Finland)
~ Asia(Japan, Korea and Siberian region)
~ Some new provinces in Colonial Canada and Alaska

There are also some new Sea Zones in there for you ships to sail or sink in:
- East of Barents Sea(Pechora Sea and Kara Sea)
- Seas around Japan, Korea and the Asian Steppe Hordes(Sea of Japan and Okhotsk Sea)
- Newfoundland(St. Lawrence Estuary)
- Eastern Mediterrainian(Sea of Crete)

Trade Goods have been adjusted in order to balance the added provinces and to make a bit more sense(historically or functionally).

There's also a some new nations and tags:
- 2 province principality of Vyatka in Eastern Russia(between Perm and Kazan) that starts as a Noble Republic.
- Principality of Rostov is now next to Yaroslavl and starts as a vassal of Muscovy and with a core in Kostroma.
- Russian principalities of Beloozero(in Beloozero province), Vladimir-Suzdal(in Vladimir and Suzdal provinces) and Galich(in Galich and Vetluga) now have cores and can be released.
- Izhorians now inhabit the Ingermanland and Neva provinces and can form nation cores if they revolt and capture those 2 provinces.
- Samoyeds(aKa Nenets) can form a national cores if they revolt and capture provinces of their culture.
- Ostyaks(who are actually 3 different tribes) now have a nation tag and have cores in northern Uzbek.
- Perm now has Tengri as their state religion as the rulers only nominally converted to christianity initially(this is represented by the Tengri syncretic faith mechanic), but fully converted after 1472 when Muscovites occupied Perm and captured Prince Mikhail Velikopermsky.

- 6 new native american tribes added to colonial Canada(Innu, Beothuk, Nunatsiavut, Denesuline) and Alaska(Alutiiq and Tlingit).

- 4 new siberan native tribes in Central and Eastern Siberia(Evenk, Sakha, Lamuts, Nemelan).

I'll try to be sparing with new nations but I feel there should be a few additions for historicity or interesting gameplay. Plus I enjoy the sandbox angle of the game sometimes.

Ain't even done yet!

There's still reworks to do around the map from Central/Eastern Europe, Asia, Middle East and beyond.

Suggestions are welcome, and will be looked at. The more information, and sources, you can give about your suggestions the better. I cannot guarantee all suggestions will make it in, but I'll try keep you informed as to why something will or won't be included.

Yell at me in the comments about stuff if you feel like it.

Can you add the Tsimshian? I think its a travesty that the Haida are playable but the Tsimshian are not.

Right now I'm getting my new computer in working order and trying to recover data from a external hard drive that got wiped. That drive had the mod files in there, but I think I've gotten something out.
When the new expansion is released I'll try to get an updated version out, even if it's just so it'll work with 1.26

Will this awesome mod ever be continued?

No it's not. There's too many conflicts in the files for the mods to be combatible. I could, in theory, make it combatible, but that will require extra work.

In other news the 1.19 update is almost done, but holidays will sadly delay my work.

Is that mod compatible with Extended Timeline?

I'm hoping the update, which I'm working on, to 1.19 will solve the crashing problem.

This mod keeps crashing my game. It happens when a new month occurs in game.
