Всё просто.Высаживайтесь в Афганистан,находите мусорный бак на любой базе Советов,Залезайте туда и выкуриваете 4 Phantom сигар.После 4 сигар,над вами должны летать мухи(это признак того,что вы воняете)если мухи летают над вашей головой,то возвращаемся на Mother Base,На главную платформу.Готово!Начнётся катсцена и Quiet предложит вам пойти помыться с ней:3
