Another possibility for the tooltips is some other mod is overwriting pz's ISToolTipInv:render() function in a very unfriendly way, and loading after ORGM..thus overwriting the new tooltips.

If this is the case I may need to delay the loading of the new tooltip code to ensure other mods don't over write it.

If your not seeing changes, it sounds like there's a conflicting mod ID. Possibly a clone of ORGM included in a modpack? Or a non-workshop version in the Zomboid/mods directory?
Check your console.txt log file, right after the mods initial lua files start loading you should see:

ORGM.INFO: ORGM Rechambered Core Loaded v3.09.2-stable
ORGM.INFO: Workshop ID is 514618604

Not sure what would be up with your suppressors unless the silencer mod didn't get loaded. Did the disappear from containers or just mounted ones?

So I load up the mod. All my suppressors disappeared and I do not see any changes to the models or weapon status. I have re-downloaded and installed this three times. What am I missing?

That mod is pretty redundant. there's a built in setting in the orgm options to control reloading speed.

Updated to v3.09.2

the merger of new models into the base mod (thanks FIlibuster!),

Additional bugfixes and a adjustments, see the change notes for the complete list.

Uh, that's not going to happen. Completely defeats the purpose of having realistic firearm mechanics, which is what this mod is all about. I won't even get into the number of other technical issues caused by Easy reloading.

If magazines are too much of a hassle, there is a large number of firearms with internal non-detachable magazines.
