What You Need
  • Team Fortress 2
  • Source Filmmaker
  • Windows 7 or 8 (See F.A.Q if you have Windows 10 last question if it effects you.)
How to do it (Windows 7)
Welcome! If you have Windows 8 go to the next section, if you have windows 7 stay here!
Alright, Lets get to work!

Step 1: Have 2 File Browsing Windows with the Team Fortress 2 Folder Open

Step 2: In one of the windows have the maps folder open, and select the map you want, becuase borneo will work the easiest, we will use that.

Step 3: Copy and Paste pl_borneo.bsp into the other window, and rename it "borneo."

Step 4: Put borneo.bsp back into the maps folder. Once it is in the maps folder, go back to tf and back into maps.

Step 5: Shfit - Right Click the white space into the TEAM FORTRESS 2 FOLDER!!!
and click "open command window here"

Step 6: After you open the cmd, put this in as a command. (and u can just copy and paste it if you are doing borneo was well.) "bin\bspzip.exe" -repack tf\maps\borneo.bsp
When you put it in, it should look like this.

Step 7: Take the borneo.bsp and go into the source filmaker folder, then go into usermod\maps and drop it right into it.

Step 8: Enjoy! yep, thats it! and you can do this with Snowplow and Powerhouse.

How to do it (Windows 8/8.1/10)

(The difference between Windows 7 and 8 (and up) is you dont need to put the .exe)
F.A.Q
Q: What about Suijin!??!
A: Honestly, You are WAY better off downloading Suijin and the models from the website itself.

Sujin Map and Models: http://japan.tf2maps.net/
The models will be at the top of the page, and the map will be at the bottom, as far as I know, all you need to do is put it in the usermod, and put the models in models foldier, materials in materials, ect. It does not matter which one you download either KOTH or ARENA, unless you wanna download both c:

Q: I have this Snowplow Hud.
A: I honeslty dont know how to fix it, as far as im aware no one has found out how to fix it.

Q: I have Missing Textures
A: Use GCFScape to update your SFM with gunmettle miscs, and the materials for the maps.
There are plently of guides out there to help using GCFScape.

Q. My "Shift + Right clicking in a folder no longer lets you open a command window"
A. Open command prompt by typing 'cmd' into the search box, and run this line: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2

Note, you may need to change the filepath if you have moved your tf2 install.

Can confirm that it works with the new Jungle Inferno maps, as long as you use GCFScape accordingly

Recently Microsoft use PowerShell instead of command prompt but it's still work as the same
I've tried bin\bspzip -repack tf\maps\borneo.bsp ans it's do fine
