Also I'm not quite sure what you're refering to with vertical undocking.
However the vertical undocking causes issues with the camera.
I thought the backstory was quite good, very much in the spirit of the original manual, though I did notice a number of minor errors (misspellings, grammatical issues, etc.) that could probably use with some fixing.
That said, I'd like to thank you again for taking the time to read it.
The Kushan Empire were called Kushan because they hailed from Kharak.
The old Higaaran Empire went to war for the same reasons the vaygr went to war: the hyperspace cores.
I think it's a Kar-toba class vessel, though I only say that because Fleet intellegence called the same type of ship they found in the Kadeshi Nebula the Kar-toba as well.
The discovery of the ancient city did not make them start to believe they were not native to Kharak, they thought it for a long time. The discovery just confirmed it to be true.
Each cryotray held 100,000 people. But in HW2 and in the Cataclysm manual, only 300,000 people survived the journey, meaning it was expected the you could only save three cryotrays in HW1
I think it needs to said if the Higaaran School of Command was created before or after HW2, because in HW2, Karan was placed as Fleet Command again, so she couldnt have died untill after the Higaaran - Vaygr war.
