Safe Capacity at 276.

180 Medium Security Cells
40 Max Security Cells
18 Protective Custody Cells
-Protective custody has Yard, Canteen, Common Room, Visitation.

*Two medium Security yards
*Two Medium Security Canteens
*One Max Security Canteen
*Two Shops, One Medium; One Max
*One Mail Room
*Three Chapels, Two Medium; One Max
*Several Common Rooms
*Three Laundry Rooms, Two Medium; One Max
*Two Medical Wards, One Medium; One Shared
*Two Holding Vells, One Medium; One Max
*One Very Small Medium Security Workshop
*Two Large Solitary Cell Wings, One Medium; One Max
*Several Cleaning Rooms
*Two Security Rooms (with wire taps, door control, CCTV)

Prisoners should be paroling out pretty regularly, that evens out the cashflow a bit. I'm working on a bigger version, same prison. This one has a much better cashflow along with a SuperMax wing. I should release sometime in the next couple days. It's twice as big as the original.

I like the idea of a large prison, that said, this one isn't very stable. I keep having to tweak things to maintain positive cash flow.
