Junk E.T. is a rogue-like dungeon crawler in space, where you attempt to clean up the trash of the universe. Mankind has littered space with trash as it has spread out into new worlds. In some places the pollution is so bad, it has morphed into hideous trash mutants.

You are Dima, an operative of the Junk E.T. interstellar rubbish removal service. You must travel through the stars in order to convert trash into fuel, which likewise serves as galactic currency. Planetary agents will hail your ship to provide you with missions to complete on behalf of your employer.

Gameplay is inspired by classic action adventure games, and includes countless opportunities and ways to customize your character and adventure through your travels. Do your job well, and you'll retire a happy garbage astronaut, but beware that your choices will effect your fate.

  • Collect dozens of weapons and items to use along your way.
  • Fully randomized universe and planetary systems.
  • Fully dynamic story system; never play the same game twice!
  • Fully randomized levels, with "rogue-like" structures
  • Dozens of enemies and bosses with unique, challenging AIs.
  • Complete a wide array of challenging achievements.
  • Entirely original hand-drawn artwork.
  • Future plans for modding support.

Hey Yogizilla, thanks for the comment! I must agree the soundtrack is absolutely amazing so far haha.
Our game is indeed highly focused on replayability, and in fact we took a lot of inspiration from both Binding of Isaac and Risk of Rain, especially the way the items interact with the player and how their effects can be combined. I hope you enjoy it! =)

Love what I've seen so far and my pal, Esgee of R9Cast, is doing the music. I'm in! The presentation of this makes me think of Oasis, for some reason... But the gameplay looks a combination of things I love from games like Toe Jam & Earl, Binding Of Isaac, Rampage Knights, Risk Of Rain, and, well, any awesome game that places an emphasis on rogue-like mechanics, exploration, and high replayability. AWESOME!
