I got Bogen to leave, but no cutscene played. What am i missing??

It will land on a specific number on the cutscene with a magnet. Also you will go to a next year when you hit it correctly. Most likely you are missing something minor if the cutscene wont start.

Is there a specific number it has to land on? And what is the cutscene (if it's with Bogen then I've already done that.)
