[AMD GPU] Ultimate CSGO FPS Guide {needs testers}

I was looking for a great CSGO performance guide, and I've found a bunch of guides with console commands and stuff.
So I was saerching for alternate solutions, and I found this one, which actually WORKS!
Here I present you: Radeon Pro. A free software, which can modify in-game graphics just like the Catalyst Control Center, but unlike CCC, this has a whole bunch of options, which actually really help improve the game's performance. (Works only on AMD GPU's, not sure if APU's are supported)

I have checked a box, where it says: "Lock frame rate up to monitor's refresh rate". This sounds a bit harsh, but it does miracles.

DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for any damage your GPU suffers from using this program(it won't but you'll never know).
ALSO, it is not compatible with ALL radeon GPUs, but if it works with my crappy Laptop Radeon 8500M, then it should work for all of you.

Follow the steps:

Step 1

Download, and install Radeon pro[www.radeonpro.info]

Step 2

Run the program and start by creating a profile for CSGO, by selecting csgo.exe in your steam library folder CLICK FOR IMAGE[imgur.com]

Step 3

Go to the Advanced tab and check those two boxes, and move the slider accordingly: CLICK FOR IMAGE[imgur.com]

Step 4

And now, the magic part! Go to the tweaks tab, and check: "Lock frame rate up to monitor's refresh rate" CLICK FOR IMAGE[imgur.com]

Wrap Up

So what have we done here?
Basically, we just ensured that the game runs on ULTRA LOW graphics, while still maintaining 60 FPS(depends on your monitor, but almost all basic monitors have a 59 or 60hz refresh rate)!

Additional Info

NOTE: I noticed that the game sometimes truggles maintaining 60fps and sometimes, minimal screen tearing will occur, but nothing too distracting. The only thing that matters, is that it works!(At least for me it did).

MORE INFO: The game, runs for me sometimes at 70 or even higher FPS, but it's not needed for a 60 hz monitor, because the game can render such high FPS, but you cannot see the result on the monitor, so it's wasted computation.

i tried this and it says cant start application verify if you have sufficient permissions to acess the file (the requested operation requires elevation) :(
