Ok, It's the only mod I had installed, but tried with another mod, and the same problem occured.
Will have to talk with the my server provider.
I'm using the built in configuration in the TCAdmin manager (just placing the id of the mod, and the server does the rest)
Hi there, having just tested the mod myself on two different computers and accounts it appears the mod is completely functional (particularly the Engram learnability).
My only suggestion is that there is something wrong with your server/mod configuration. Try placing this mod as the priority mod for a clean map and see if it then works. If it does, one of the mods you may have installed is conflicting for some unknown reason.
Effectively it is a normal bow that is retextured and plays the sound "Pew" when you shoot it.
The point is to be a novelty. I hope you enjoy!
