@Crossblade That is intentional. The Byzantines were the Romans. The distinction the game makes is historically not accurate, and therefore the decision to become Rome keeps the flag the same.

I see this was updated and recently when playing with this I noticed the normal Roman empires flag was changed to the Byzantium flag, whether it is intended or not idk but if it isn't I figured a comment letting you the dev know would be good.

@Anmaril by path oyu mean change the supported version from 1.31 to 1.28.3? How did I unpack it locally I just subscribed to the mod? How would I create a local copy?

@@WHy Not? You may have to change the path in the descriptor files, if you unpacked it locally. But you also have to unsub here, so it will only use the local version, or you create a copy.

@Anmaril It has not helped, whenever I try clicking to enable the mod. No check mark appears therefore not enabling the mod. I'm playing 1.28.3

@WHy Not? It does work on my end, the launcher also does not complain about missing mod files. I would try to unsubscribe and resubscribe, and see if that helps.

@Anmaril I can't seem to get this mod to work, I can't even select it on the mod menu.

The mods I use are: Enable Conversion of Non-State Provinces, Crusader Kings II Soundtrack, Extended Timeline 1.28, MiniMods - No Missionary Cost, Vanilla'd - The Grand Exhibition 1/6, Women in History 2/6, Chrysanthemum Throne 3/6, and The Caliphate 4/6.

I even tried editing the descriptor file to allow it to work with version 1.28.
But it didn't help at all.

@WHy Not? Other mods aren't there, there are in the steam workshop folder

@Anmaril, I'm trying to play it on version 1.28 and I can't place a check mark on the mod In the EU4 loadup screen. And where do I find this descriptor file? I've checked in C:\Users\[user]\OneDrive\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod where my EU4 mods go and I can't seem to find it there.

@WHy Not? It will always work. The version info is in the descriptor file, which should be up to date, just not for the most recent patch.
