Falchion Knife Fade Percentage Guide

A guide explaining the fade percentages on a Falchion Knife | Fade.

Overview

Falchion Knives were released during the "Bloodhound Update", as a 'Exceedingly Rare Special Item'. So far, there are about 500 unboxed falchion knives, one notable knife pattern is called the Fade. Fades have different percentages, and it can increase your knife value depending on the fade percentage. Better fade percentages mean higher price value when trading.

I will be going over the fade percentages of the Falchion Knife.

85% Fade Percentage

Falchion Knives with the <85% pattern generally look like this.


Note that the blue area is below the knife's back spine (the shaded part on the right!)

90% Fade Percentage

90%-95% faded Falchion Knives are usually the median of knives (the most common ones!) A 90% faded falchion looks like this.


Take note that unlike the 85%, the blue fade matches up at the tip of the back spine (the darker part!)

95% Fade Percentage

These knives are the median of Falchion Fades (the average/common one). This is what a 95% faded Falchion Knife will look like.


These knives will generally have their blue slightly above the back spine of the knife.

100% Fade Percentage

Knives with this fade percentage are rare! Knives with 100% fades are worth more and are more colorful.


Note that the fade is higher than the 95% variant, and that some of the yellow fade is reaching out to the handle (look up top!)

110% Fade Percentage

These knives are extremely rare, and are sought out for because of it's pattern.


Note that the yellow fade reaches the handle perfectly, and the amount of blue on the knife has increased by a lot. These knives are generally worth more, so if you have one, be cautious with it!

Conclusion

Falchion Knife | Fades are pretty knives, and they each have unique patterns! If you have recently unboxed a knife like this, or have a friend who did, lead them to this guide! This guide can be used to value your fade knifes' percentage.
