Enable SLI support for Eden Star so you can use (almost) full potential of your SLI configuration.

Summary
This guide will be useful ONLY for people that are running computer with NVIDIA SLI configuration, it means multiple graphic cards or bi-GPU card(s).

At the current state, SLI support for Eden Star is not enable within NVIDIA drivers. See bellow how to manually enable it.
How to
1. Download latest NVIDIA drivers and install: Link[www.nvidia.com]

2. Add Eden Star profile in NVIDIA Control Panel (Start menu > Control Panel > NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings):



3. Download and install NVIDIA Inspector: Link[www.guru3d.com]

4. Open NVIDIA Inspector and click next button:



5. Search for Eden Star and change setting bellow:

6. Click Apply changes (top right)

7. Enjoy Eden Start with SLI support!
Test software specs
  • Windows 7, 64 bits
  • NVIDIA Drivers: 350.12
  • NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.7.3
  • EVGA PrecisionX 16 5.3.3 (for OSD monitoring)
Test hardware specs
  • Intel i7 4770K
  • EVGA GTX 690 (see specs from NVIDIA Inspector capture)
  • Patriot DDR3 2400MHz 16GB
  • ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA

UPDATE - Win 10 / 359.0
Since I wrote this guide, I upgraded my OS to Windows 10 and using latest drivers, I saw a performance decrease.

I managed to obtain comparable performance by using different SLI bits and tweaking profile from NVIDIA Control Panel in order to prevent flickering:

Just a follow up. This is working on my system after some experimentation. However, I'm on W7x64 and had to use the second setting for SLI compatibility bits, so I think it's driver version dependant rather than OS dependant. Thanks a lot. Getting 80+ fps now :-D
