- Fixed the Prison Panel View for jailed Citizen
- Added Criminal Cims into Main and Family Panel. You can now know when your citizen being arrested and jailed.
- Added new descriptions for medical and educational buildings for people inside this buildings.


- Added Russian missing strings in translation.

Favorite Cims / Favourite Cims
Short description : Allows you to add and show favorite citizens in a list.

First of all, 2 things :

I’m not English, sorry If I made a mistake with English language in this description and in this mod.
Please report me any errors. :)

I’m learning c# and my coding skill is low at the moment, I have started this project for personal use and without any ambition to share a working mod. But I have used the mod for a while and it seems to work :) . Be patient and report me any bugs if you want :) .

Favorite Cims works with default game favorite systems. It shows the renamed or selected citizens in a list.
Possible ways to add citizens to favorites :

1 Click on Star button on citizen panel
2 Rename the citizen from citizen panel and Press enter
3 Inside the family panel you can add family member to favorites.

The Main panel can be opened in two ways :
1 Clicking on button on gui (button should be at right of policies icon).
2 With an Hotkeys combination -> Hold down the middle mouse button and click F.

Inside the main panel every button (except details and unsubscribe buttons) have 3 functions :

Left click -> Zoom in and go to.
Right click -> Zoom in, go to and close the main panel.
Middle click -> Open the world info panel of target

Hover functions (tooltip) :

Happiness (Status) : Show happiness status XD. If the citizen dies or goes away, change the icon and update the status.

Name of Citizen (tooltip): Show the district where the citizen is at the moment. If the citizen dies, it shows the death date.

Age phase , age, and education is simple text.

Citizen Home icon (tooltip): show the district on tooltip, the little numbers at the bottom are the building level.

Working place icon (tooltip): same of citizen home

Last Activity Icon (tooltip): show the citizen vehicle used at the moment

Last activity text (tooltip): show the district where the destination is.


More data is the same of the main panel, other data is :

Wellbeing level (Little face icon on happiness icon top right)

Health & Wealth (Icon + Text)

Target button -> Go to citizen

Citizen Car + Go to and tooltip information.

Label district is referred to the actual citizen position.

Home Problems show the building name , level and district (building icon tooltip). Icons show the problem related to the family’s home. If one problem is coming up, the box shows a red outline and an icon related to the problem is in evidence. A tooltip show you the problem description.

Family bar show if the family have a pet and a car. Click -> Go to and tooltip info

In the last part of the window you can see family’s member, you can switch citizen with right click on name and add the citizen to favorites with a click on star button.

Language: Mod has custom language string inside, where is possible I have used the game Multilanguage file. Where not, the mods have English language and Italian language (I’m Italian).
Anyway, the mod supports Multilanguage and changes the text showed when language change inside the game. I will open a thread somewhere with the English text strings.
If you want your language inside the mod, send me the text translated and I will add it soon.

This mod don’t save any data (at the moment, maybe in the future), but it’s read only. I think you can add or remove the mod without any problem.

I have tested the mod on windows 7 64-bit.
Optimal Resolution : 1920x1080
Know Bugs : **FIXED** Minor texture downscale problem at lower resolution.

Obviously the software is provided “as it is” , without any explicit or implicit warranty.
If you report me bug or translation errors I will try to resolve them as fast is possible.

re my last post. I think the location problem is because the citizen was in transport and I think the location is only updated when they exit the transport. I will look further to be sure.

im not able to use RICO with this mod on, It takes its spot in the toolbar.

Fantastic.... I've not been able to use this mod because of the problem with FindIt. I am very
appreciative that you have addressed the issue. I think, as said by others, that there is a small
problem with the 'in this district at the moment', as for me it points to a different district than the
one the citizen is actually in. However, hovering over the line above (can't remember what its
called) does seem to display the correct citizen's district location. Probably needs a small tweak
somewhere. Thanks again.

I am really glad you came back to update this mod. It adds another layer to the game. I noticed that the information on 'in this district at the moment' does not seem to work all the time. Often it says a cim is in district 'none' when they are in a district. Is this intented or can it be fixed?

Other mods i regret using in my previous map & now unsubbed but fear they may still be lurking in some old cache folder that skylines may still use are.(high education work crap jobs). :

1 the easy difficulty mod; I wanted to kill any noise pollution .. Plus
2} export electricity mod &
3} the Hadron collider = disaster as I was getting huge income from exporting electricity & water but all my other taxes werent showing up. This stoped pop coming in so maybe the after-effects of these have caused problem. Yes my taxes are at 12 before they complain but this should not be the reason I’m only getting 25 yr olds leaving. A bug rather than a logical reason.

90% of the problems are from bugs from a not well thought out system. NB poor people do not get penalised for living in mansions, are rich happy & healthy utopia & unrealistic.

Penguins metro overhaul mod ruined my transport lines so had to also disable that. Maybe my cpu can only take a certain amount of assets & mods.

Heres the proof now why is this happening.? It happens later in the game after 100k mark. WHY??? Also how do i show you my list of mods? How do I upload and post that pls.
Heres a few main ones I’m using. 81 tiles, Ricos settings for pop change in housing, very slow aging {checked this and its do it with default, half or a quarter as well as sixteenth speed it just means I get to see this problem either quicker or slower depending which aging speed I use} traffic manager pres edition, improved public transport, no abandonment, high demand always, rain stops fires, no floods, fav cims, sometimes with find it or beautification but now unsubed them in case of conflict, MAKE HISTORICAL and stops fires, change cargo stats on outside connections, yes I also tried to lessen amt of residents leaving the city on that mod too to see if it would help but no avail.

1} Could it be the assets of including custom citizens like hippy and the red neck families etc as I have most of the other citizens as well except for teh silly ones like oversized giants or fox like creatures etc.
2} If the game destroys citizen instances why just of that age group from young adult to adult is that when they should go to uni instead of workforce or do they require apartments then or vice verse housing to start a family and if theres not enough low res zoning the 25 yr olds go "far far away"?

1) The game destroy sometime a citizen instance for some reason. Not enough schools or other type of problems or reason (even random, maybe). I think this is the problem.
2) Maybe another mod in your list linked to citizens? In 600+ hours never happened to me.
3) Every mods that have a button in that position has potentially fixed. Let me know otherwise.
