11x14 Level 6 unique buiding placeable on shoreline.

Custom model (3.920 tris, 1024x1024 textures (d, a, s, n)), custom LOD (155 tris 512x512 textures (d, s)).

120.000 to build, 1.360 maintanence. Other stats available in the image gallery above.

Asset uses LiQUiD's Palm Trees:

v1.1 - corrected tourist values to 100/100/100 (previous configuration somehow caused visitors to stay away completely)
v1.2 - LOD building foundation will now be displayed correctly
v1.5 - added lighting for After Dark

That's the marina barrage. MBS is something else entirely.
