I could not get it to work the first time.
I tried to uninstall and install it again, but nothing helped
But I think I have found a solution that many have not even seen.

Before you start a new game, go to "Content Manager" - "Mods" click on enable (on / off) "Tree brush" to turn on and start a new game or load the game you want to play.

The people who have num-pad problems, num-pad are disabled on many machines today and must be activated every time you start windows. Highest probable only Win10 user.

doesn't work. used to, after reinstalling on a newly formatted window 10 (64bit), pressing + / - doesn't do anything. Also tried remapping to other buttons, not working. Already check if Num lock is on, nope! Please help, loved it and felt it is essential

The mod works just fine. Click the type of tree you want and press + on the number pad.

FOR EVERYONE SAYING IT DOESN'T WORK: options > keymapping > change category to map editor > scroll down to increase/decrease brush size and change keys to whatever you want. return to game, choose the tree you want and press the key you've just changed and it will work. original keys don't seem to work on some computers for some reason!
