Description
40Hz: Forgotten Future
Ikara and Geko must tag-team their way through the Hertz on a journey to free the Residuals from the Analysts. Hand-painted watercolor visuals bring the surreal to life in this adventure-fantasy platformer that will stimulate you at 40Hz, where lucid dreaming lives and robot brains become aware.
We will have a video up ASAP showing off all the unique features of this title. At least a short list is in order.
--------------------------------------------------------------------Features-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Highly stylized, high definition water color art. The entire game art front to back starts with a pencil and ends with a paintbrush.
- Full voice over dialogue spanning a gripping screenplay written by an award winning screenwriter.
- Unique level design featuring a fully utilized 2D physics engine - this is NOT a run right and shoot the baddies. You will solve problems, find clues, push, pull, jump, and press your way through the story.
- Custom genre-bending soundtrack featuring analogue synths, old school breaks, with a modern cinematic touch.

I just played the current version, and i think it has loads of potential, but the physics feel a bit loose.

Your using box2D, so tweak the parameters until it feels right. I think the player feels to light.

Well, what I can say? It is really a curious graphic, and I enjoyed the visual like it is.

40Hz: Forgotten future really takes the themes of forgetting and puts them into gameplay for an innovative experience, like forgetting to give the characters hands and lower legs.
