Description

Addon implements a possibility for a player to indicate some direction to another nearby player in visual way. The default keybinding for action "point a finger at" is "Ctrl + ~". The addon supports (but do not require) UAC and CBA addons for changing the keybinding (and some other options).

any chance of getting a biKey for this, so we can use it on a mod-locked server? :)

If you configure 'ctrl+ tab' in the add-on configuration your character will point a whole hand instead of just the finger, the area circled is a bit bigger and the ring is yellow in colour. Not 100% sure whether that comes from this mod actually or whether I have this function from some different mod I've got installed, however I'm 100% confident I don't use any other "pointing" mod.
