How to fix "This game requires Steam" for Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies

This is a quick guide on how to show you how to fix the error message "This game requires Steam."

Introduction
So you just got done downloading Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies and when you launched the game, you get this error message:



You may be thinking to yourself:

"Wait what? I downloaded this game through Steam. Why the heck is it giving me this error message?"

Well, this is how you fix it!
Running Steam as Administrator
Running Steam as Administrator is the easiest way to fix this issue!

Before we start, make sure you have Steam completely closed before doing this.


First, find your Steam shortcut icon on your Desktop and Right Click on it.


Next, go down and find the option that says "Run as Administrator"

You will get a pop-up box with a warning. Just click yes.

Once you do that, simply login in and launch CSN:Z and it should work!
Launching it through the Steam client
Still didn't work? Well there is another way. Try launching it through Steam itself!

If you're still getting this error, you're probably clicking on your Desktop icon and launching it through there. Yeah...... that doesn't work.

First open your Steam client and go to your Steam Library.

Finally, simply click the play button! Easy as that!
Now just launch the game, go ahead, and play!
